Yes. A1 Commercial Cleaning is insured in every area we serve: New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. Our crews also complete safety and responsibility training.
Why don't you list prices?
Every space is different in size, layout, surfaces and how often it needs cleaning. We walk the space first, then send a written estimate that states the scope, the visit schedule and the labor hours it takes.
Which areas do you cover?
New York City's five boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk) and New Jersey.
How often can you clean?
Nightly, a few times a week, weekly, or a custom mix such as nightly basics with monthly floor care. We set the schedule with you and put it in writing.
Can you clean while we are open?
Yes. Day porter service covers restrooms, kitchens and common areas during business hours. Heavier cleaning is scheduled after hours.
What do you need to prepare an estimate?
The address, the type of space, rough square footage if you know it, and how often you want cleaning. We then schedule a walkthrough.
